In our Supportive Employment Program, you are not only paid to work — you are paid to grow, so you don’t have to choose between building a better future and paying the bills.

You will definitely get paid when you are working, but you may also be paid while learning new job skills, taking classes, and working through things that can make steady work hard, like court dates, recovery programming, or steps needed to reunify with your children.
